Shipping Method

 

How do you ship & what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. In general, most of our products ship FREE from Australia in 4-7 business days, the USA and Canada in 7-15 business days (Please allow 1-3 business days for processing).

Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States, Australia and China. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. However, due to security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.

How do you ship?
Our general shipping is Australia Post Standard Airmail. After your order is processed by our facility we will send it to Australia Post and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All of our items are shipped fast & free in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For Australian customers, it will take 4-7 business days. For International customers, please be informed that standard airmail shipping deliveries are a non-traceable service. Orders will arrive within 7-15 business days from time of posting depending on your location. You can always contact us at [email protected] for more information.

How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receiving that email. You can often check your tracking at https://maysaraswimwear.com/track-order/ as well.

When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 2-3 business days after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us. Please click on here to track your order once it has been shipped.

Why can’t I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please try again later.

Why does my shipment status show unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, backlogs etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, and more. All products are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD), our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

What is the default payment currency
Our products are listed in Australian Dollar (AUD). You will see the price displayed in your local currency but our system will automatically convert it to Australian Dollar at checkout.

Can I pay COD – Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://maysaraswimwear.com. Choose products that you love, then click “Add to cart” & “Check out”. Finally, fill in your information and pay. That’s it! Very easy.

 

Return & Refund

 

Can I change an order after I’ve placed it?
We may be able to cancel or edit the address on your order within a short window. If this is something you’d like to do, email [email protected] as soon as possible!

We are unable to add items or adjust quantities on orders that have already been placed.

What if the product is broken?
